Return Policy

Our policy there will be No Trade, No Exchange and No Refund upon and after your purchased.

CUSTOM, DUTIES AND TAXES

  • The Buyer pays ALL import duties and taxes... These charges are your responsibility.
  • Packages must clear thru destination custom.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • Duties, taxes and charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING

  • Will ship Worldwide, please contact us for more details in some areas.
  • The processing time for international shipment is generally 7 - 15 business days or more depend on destination countries. 
  • Item will be shipped from SINGAPORE by SpeedPost (EMS Standard/Priority not insured) except Sunday and Public Holidays (Singapore Time).
  • If buyer prefer to use other courier service like DHL or Fedex, do contact us and check on the shipping fees.
  • Tracking number will be emailed to you.
  • We are not responsible, and will not accept request for refunds or re-sending of order/s, for the following reasons:
    - Shipping delays or lost of parcel/s by Postal Service, Courier or Customs of Destination Country
    - Parcel/s held by Custom
    - Taxes and duties placed on parcel/s by Customs of Destination Country
  • If you experience any delays or suspect that your parcel might be misplaced, please contact us for assistance. We will engage the local Postal Service or Courier to investigate the status of parcel. Decision to refund or resend parcel will only be made after the investigation is concluded.

REFUND POLICY

  • We WILL ONLY ACCEPT RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WITHIN 7 Days from receiving the watch. More than 7 days is not acceptable for Return or Refund.
  • We will also capture photos before we ship out to our customers as a record in our database for future use.
  • To be eligible for return, all watches must be sent back to us and must meet the following conditions:
    - Watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by customers.
    - No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
    - No resizing, altering of bracelet
  • Buyer is responsible for the return.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns for some reasons.
